What PXF™ Is
It begins with a refusal.
Before PXF™ adds anything to a business, it takes one thing away: the ability to close work on an assurance.
The Proof Rule
Nothing is finished because someone said it was finished.
A commitment closes against evidence — a completed artefact, a moved number, a witnessed demonstration. An override is allowed when the business genuinely needs one. It is recorded, with a reason and a name, and it is visible. Most of what PXF™ changes follows from that single rule.
Two readings
Maturity and risk are read separately, and never averaged into one score.
A single blended number is the most comfortable and least useful thing a diagnostic can produce. It hides the case where a business has built a lot and is still one absence away from a stall.
Execution maturity
How far your execution system has actually been built.
Higher is better. It tells you what exists.
Execution risk
How exposed product or service delivery is right now.
Lower is better. It tells you what could fail this quarter.
The two readings are taken from the same evidence and reported side by side. Where they disagree is usually the most informative thing in the engagement.
Leadership
The Twelve DNA Strands
Four things people do. Four ways the business decides. Four habits that hold it together.
The strands are named here. What we do not publish is how they are assessed, weighted, or installed — that happens inside an engagement.
Action Commands
What people are told to do, in the moment.
Take the hill
Move on the objective. Do not wait to be asked twice.
Own it
Put your name on it and stay named until it is done.
Show me
Bring the evidence, not the assurance.
Close the loop
Nothing is finished until the person waiting knows it is.
Operating Principles
How the business decides when the answer is not obvious.
Clarity before speed
An unclear job done fast is rework paid for twice.
Truth over comfort
Bad news early is cheaper than bad news accurate.
One source of truth
If two versions exist, one of them is costing you money.
Standards do not bend
A rule that flexes under pressure was never a rule.
Execution Disciplines
The habits that make the first two survive a hard quarter.
Cadence
The rhythm runs whether or not anyone feels like it.
Proof
Evidence closes work. Nothing else does.
Escalation
Blocked work moves up on a clock, not on a mood.
Transfer
Anything only you can do is a liability until someone else can do it.
