About Invictus

Built around one question: why does execution break?

Invictus Legacy Builders advises founder-led businesses and executive teams whose ambition has outgrown the way the business runs.

Position

Where Invictus sits.

Invictus works in the space most advisors ignore — between strategy and day-to-day operations. Strategy work produces direction. Project work delivers pieces. Invictus works on the system in between: how priorities are set, who owns what, how decisions get made, and how the company learns from what it delivered.

That work is done through PXF™, our Predictive Execution Framework. It is the reason we can be specific about what we’re diagnosing instead of generically helpful.

Invictus runs on its own framework. PXF™ is not something we sell and then set aside — it is how we set our own priorities, keep our own commitments, and manage our own capacity.

We take on a deliberately small number of engagements. Capacity is a limit we manage openly rather than hide.

Origin

The discipline came before the company.

Invictus was founded by Michael Dailey, a former U.S. Army Green Beret who went on to serve in national homeland security and counterterrorism leadership roles. That background isn't decoration on the brand — it's the source of how Invictus thinks about execution.

In work like that, execution is not a management topic. A plan has to survive contact with real life. Ownership has to be clear. Risk has to show up early enough to act on. And the system has to keep working when the person who designed it isn't in the room.

Invictus brings that standard to civilian businesses without importing the theatre. No war rooms, no mission language, no adopted swagger — just the operating discipline, translated for founder-led businesses and executive teams.

Standards

What we hold ourselves to.

Evidence over claims

We don't publish claims, figures, or client names we can't back up and haven't been cleared to use.

Discretion by default

Most of our work is confidential. Nothing about an engagement is shared without the client's written permission.

Fit before fee

If an engagement is unlikely to work — wrong level, wrong access, wrong moment — we decline it and say why.

Leadership

Who leads the work.

Michael Dailey, founder of Invictus Legacy Builders

Michael Dailey — Founder, Invictus Legacy Builders

Former U.S. Army Green Beret; homeland security and counterterrorism leadership. Creator of PXF™.

His full biography is published on his separate personal site; speaking and personal facilitation stay separate from Invictus.

Organization

Corporate structure.

Invictus Legacy Builders is the consulting and advisory brand — the only one clients work with. PXF™ is our own operating framework, not a separate product.

Invictus Legacy Builders is part of Michael Dailey Companies, which acts as a parent and legal entity only and does not work with clients directly.
