Origin
The discipline came before the company.
Invictus was founded by Michael Dailey, a former U.S. Army Green Beret who went on to serve in national homeland security and counterterrorism leadership roles. That background is the source of how Invictus thinks about execution.
In work like that, execution is not a management topic. A plan has to survive contact with real life. Ownership has to be clear. Risk has to show up early enough to act on. And the system has to keep working when the person who designed it isn't in the room.
Invictus translates that operating discipline for founder-led businesses and executive teams: the standard, not the swagger.
