The Full Diagnostic
The read an advisor will stand behind
A self-run check tells you where to look. The Full Diagnostic tells you what is true — with evidence attached — and it is the only step that sets the scope and price of an install.
Two readings
Maturity and risk are not the same question.
A company can be mature and exposed at the same time. Read together, they hide each other; read apart, they tell you what to do first.
Execution maturity
How far your execution system has actually been built. Higher is better. It tells you what exists.
Execution risk
How exposed product or service delivery is right now. Lower is better. It tells you what could fail this quarter.
How it runs
Five steps, then a number.
01
Intake
We agree what end state matters, who is in the room, and what evidence will count before anything is scored.
02
Evidence session
Working sessions with the leadership team where claims are tested against what is actually on file: owners, decisions, numbers, meetings, escalations.
03
Verification
Every material claim is checked against a second source. Anything claimed but not shown is recorded as claimed, not as true.
04
Read-out
Execution maturity and execution risk presented separately, with the load-bearing domains named and the sequence they have to be fixed in.
05
Scope and price
The install is scoped against that read and quoted as one fixed fee. The diagnostic fee is credited if you proceed.
Choosing
Which read do you actually need?
All three stand alone. The difference is who runs it, whether evidence is captured, and whether the result can be used to commit money.
