Consulting & Advisory
Executive help with how your business runs — not advice from the sidelines.
We work with a small number of companies at a time. Every engagement targets a specific execution problem, uses our PXF™ framework, and ends with your team running the system without us.
What We Do
Four ways we work.
Four service lines, scoped to your situation and often combined in a single engagement.
Strategic Advisory & Planning
Planning sessions and senior advice that end in a short list of priorities, named owners, and trade-offs your team can be held to.

Building the missing pieces of how the company runs, so plans reliably turn into finished work and problems show up while they're still cheap to fix.
Read moreLeadership Team Development
Working with the executive team on how it actually operates: who decides what, how meetings run, and how to stop everything routing through the founder.

An experienced senior leader inside the business for a set period, with a written scope and a plan to hand the role back.

Different organizations, the same problem.
The common thread isn't a lack of strategy. It's a sound strategy the company can't reliably deliver.
Founder-led businesses
Growth has outrun the informal way the company used to coordinate, and the founder has become the glue holding delivery together.
Executive teams
The strategy is sound and the leaders are capable — but the company still can't reliably turn plans into results.
Nonprofit organizations
The mission is clear and capacity is stretched. The problem is priorities, ownership, and rhythm — not commitment.
Public-sector leadership
Responsibility for delivery is spread across layers. The work is creating clear ownership and regular review inside existing structures.
Straight answers
What we don't do.
- We don't sell courses, certifications, or self-serve programs.
- We don't do motivational or personal-transformation work.
- We don't write strategy documents that nothing will carry out.
- Speaking and personal facilitation sit with Michael Dailey’s separate personal practice, not with Invictus.
Fees
How engagements are priced.
Every engagement is scoped individually after an initial review. The structure, duration, and terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Fees aren't published — they're proposed against a defined scope after a first conversation.
