PXF™

The gap isn’t the plan. It’s the execution.

PXF™ — the Predictive Execution Framework — is the system Invictus installs so a founder-led company delivers reliably without the founder in the middle of every decision.

From the founder

Michael Dailey on why the execution gap keeps showing up in good companies with good people.

The execution gap

Four symptoms. They almost never arrive alone.

Founder-led companies rarely fail because leadership picked the wrong direction. They fail in the distance between the decision and the finished work.

01

Unclear ownership

Work is assigned to a team, a function, or a meeting. When it slips, there is no single name to ask.

02

Weak follow-through

Decisions are made and then quietly re-litigated. Nothing formally closes, so nothing is formally finished.

03

Founder dependency

The business runs at the speed of one calendar. Judgment, escalation, and unblocking all route through the same person.

04

Activity mistaken for progress

Everyone is busy and the reporting is confident. The evidence that anything moved is missing.

What PXF™ is

An execution operating system, installed into a live business.

PXF™ is proprietary to Invictus. It sets how outcomes are owned, how work is made visible, how progress is measured, how the week runs, and how blocked work escalates. It goes in on real priorities, in the live business, while the business keeps trading.

Two things happen in every engagement, in this order: the system is installed, then it is transferred. Transfer is the point. A system that only runs while an advisor is in the room has not been installed — it has been performed.

We do not publish the instruments, templates, or decision rules that sit underneath it. Clients are walked through those privately, inside an engagement.

What PXF™ is not

Four things it is regularly mistaken for.

Not a strategy retreat

The plan is rarely the problem. PXF™ starts where the plan meets the calendar.

Not a software rollout

Tools do not create ownership. PXF™ installs the behavior first and lets the tooling follow.

Not a coaching program

Coaching changes how people feel about the work. PXF™ changes how the work moves.

Not a permanent dependency

The engagement has a defined endpoint. If we are still needed, it did not work.

The outcome standard

Verified, not asserted.

Every PXF™ engagement is judged against evidence a third party could inspect. Not a satisfaction score, not a feeling in the room.

  • Don't talk, just act.
  • Don't say, just show.
  • Don't promise, just prove.

The standard is the same one Invictus runs on internally. We did not build PXF™ to sell it. We built it because we needed it.
