Fractional / Embedded Leadership

Sometimes the gap needs an experienced leader inside the business, not advice from outside it. This is offered selectively and confirmed case by case.

What this includes

Senior capability, with clear boundaries.

01

A written scope

The work starts with a written mandate: the decisions the embedded leader holds, the results they own, and the limits of the role inside your company.

02

A set end date

Embedded work is time-limited by design. The end date is agreed at the start and the work is reviewed against it — it isn't allowed to drift into dependency.

03

Skills transfer

The role is documented and run in the open, so your team can take it back with everything intact.

04

Handback

The engagement ends with a named internal owner and a working rhythm. Any continued involvement is a separate, explicit agreement.

Availability

Offered where capacity and fit allow.

Embedded work takes a large share of our capacity, so we accept it selectively. If we can’t staff the role properly, we’ll say so rather than take the work.
